Liquid Soap Production (The Easiest Method)
Hello and welcome to my blog, today am gonna be showing you guys easy steps to making a quality liquid soap. It's simple and fast watch out!!!
Before then,
As we all know, the economy is not getting any easier, things are getting expensive as the days go buy and some of this IMPORTANT things can be produced locally for either sale or personal use to save a little cash for other items that can not be locally replaced or produced.
People get wealth in various ways but all these ways dwells on one principle DETERMINATION AND HANDWORK I tell you, if you're determined and you put in the hardwork required, SUCCESS will become something that is supposed to be coming your way like the air you breathe, procrastination kills success at sight just as a sniper his target, so as soon as you get an information pu it to use and see the benefits, whatever you do involves risk and be prepared to loss or gain as this will really help you in success journey.
While doing all these remember that prayer comes first.
While doing all these remember that prayer comes first.
Let's go down to business now shall we, let me be specific about the quantities so you can easily get the measurements needed for any quantity you decide to make/produce.

v Add
some quantity of water to the mixture, depending on the thickness of the

Let me walk you through the process with explanation in a reported format
Water
was poured into a container and thickener was added to the water, it was
discovered that after adding it, the water becomes white yellow in color, when
soda ash was added it became thicker and then formed lumps then water was added
to the mixture and stirred until it dissolved completely. pH booster which
serve as the preservative was added to the mixture, then sulphonic acid and S.L.S
was mixed separately in a different bowl which became light brown and it served
as foaming agent. It was poured into the mixture in the bucket and allowed for
about 24 hours for it to react and become soap. Color and perfume was added to
make it scent nice and good looking.
NOTE
FOR ACCURATE AND EXCELLENT RESULT, THE WATER USED IN DISSOLVING THE INGREDIENTS SHOULD BE MEASURED FROM THE 8 LITERS REQUIRED TO BE PRODUCED.
