It has been gathered that the Supreme Court Judge that dismissed the PDP governor of Imo state and replaced with the APC candidate is an active member of the APC, not just that but his husband also is an active chieftain of the APC.
Could it be that she's been bias in her judgment?
It would not be easy to tell if it was really justice or the influence of the party and that of her husband who is a chieftain member of the party.
Justice Kudirat Kekere Ekun on Tuesday nullified the victory of Kelechi Ihedioha as the Governor of Imo State and declared Hope Uzodinma the winner contrary to the outcome of the results of the election.
Channels News reported that the apex court considered the submissions of a Principal witness who was on a subpoena to present results and held that the lower court was wrong in its ruling as at Tuesday.
Question on the lips of many remains "who is this Honourable Justice Kudirat Kekere Ekun" that has given this unprecedented judgements in the history of the court and politics.
